About our Vendor Showcase

The Roadmap to Independence Vendor Showcase is designed to provide a relaxed opportunity for Nationwide Independent Contractors to connect with a wide variety of Independent Agent Channel Solution Providers including:

  • Insurance Carriers, MGAs and Wholesalers
  • Agency Management System Vendors and 3rd Party Application Providers
  • Commercial Lenders
  • Aggregators and other Marketing Groups
  • Agency Operations Consultants

So that attendees can get the answers they need to advance their independent agency, the Vendor Showcase is situated in the General Session Room and will be open for the duration of the event. Breakfasts, Lunch and Breaks will be served in the Vendor Showcase to encourage connections between attendees and vendors.


About our Workshop Presentation Add-Ons

We are pleased to offer our Vendor Showcase participants the opportunity to present up to two educational workshop sessions. Keeping in mind that Roadmap to Independence Agent Symposium participants are attending to learn key strategies for operating an independent insurance agency, Workshop content should be focused on education rather than delivery of a promotional / product or service sales message. There are numerous opportunities available. Visit our Education Sessions page for a listing of desired topics.

To apply for a Workshop Session, indicate your interest on your Vendor Showcase Registration and submit your comprehensive Session Description / Content Outline, Presenter Bio and Photo via email to by Jan. 17, 2020 for review. Please note, workshops session times will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Organizers reserve the right to decline submissions.


Vendor Showcase $1,799 before 1/17/20; $2,599 after 1/17/20 SOLD OUT

Includes a 6’ vendor table and two chairs in the Main Ballroom where General Sessions, Breakfast, Lunch and Breaks take place, one full event Registration, signage and recognition. Table locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis according to the order of receipt of Registration and Payment.   • Additional Vendor Showcase Participant Registration - $329 per person

Roadmap to Independence registration is being handled through EventBrite and will appear as such on credit card statements.


Hotel Accommodations

The headquarter hotel is the Flamingo Las Vegas hotel - an all-in-one casino and resort located at the center of the Strip and adjacent to The LINQ and High Roller.

A block of rooms is available for Symposium attendees through 1/27/20. Room Rates for the nights of Feb. 18 - 20 are $30 per night plus tax and a $35 per night Resort Fee. After 1/27/20, room rates will reflect the hotel's current rack rates.
